I was greeted when I came in and was seen almost immediately. The tech was cheerful and explained my options well but did not try to push or make me cornered to spend money on unnecessary services. Dr. A. Wright was very cordial and took the extra steps to make Koko feel comfortable, like the peanut butter. She did not rush us and asked something personal about both me and my dog, which was nice because she was kind and a down to earth person. My own medical doctors don t even know/care what I do, but taking a quick moment to ask about teaching and to chit chat about her upcoming wedding was a personal approach. Plus, she is a great vet and takes good care of the animals. The office extras (water, candy, dog treats) and the complimentary take home treats round out a nice visit experience. Keep up the good work at Bryan Road!

Routinely was vaccinated annually at another vet. This year came to your clinic with reminder vaccination card from other clinic. Tech pretty much ignored the vacc reminder card from other clinic. Ended up getting a second rabies vac (1 year) when already had 3 year. Then not credited for unnecessary rabies. Poor customer conflict resolution. then had a vaccine history printed for boarding and that was not updated with that days corrected vaccines. I was disappointed overall. Would have liked credit for the rabies vaccine. Seemed disorganized. Suggestion: Listen/ discuss with client vaccinations to be done. Verify if needed.Rather than just doing it. Is absorbing the wholesale cost of a $5 vaccine worth the $100 s of dollars of potential revenue with a client???

I was very pleased with my visit. I was given a lot of information about my zoey s anal gland problem & I was relieved to find out that if all else fails, i can have her anal glands remove & will not have to smell that horrible smell for the rest of your hopefully long, long life. Thank you for seeing her on such a short notice.

I have only been here a couple times, but each time the staff was very good with my cat!

It s been a wonderful experience with everyone at the clinic. As a new patient they were able to get me in with my sick cat on a Saturday. I called at 8 and they got us in at 12...unfortunately, my baby was too sick and the staff was amazingly wonderful with my daughter and me. It s a terrible thing to have to say goodbye to a pet but they never rushed us and told us to take all the time we needed. I can t thank them enough and all my furbabies will be seeing them from now on.

Amazing service with great care

Every time I visit your facility everyone has been very nice and the doctors are amazing. I have brought in my young Guinea pig and she has been diagnosed right the three times I took her in, and got over her illness, thank you Doctors. I would recommend your office to all my friends and anyone who is looking for good vet.

I ve never been to a more amazing vet! Not only did they get us in quickly, they took excellent care of our little lizard!! The place was unbelievably clean and I can t wait to take our cats there too!
