I was told to arrive at 8:35. As a rule I try to be early.I arrived at 8:25 and sat until 9:50 until I entered the building to find out what the hold up was. I saw several people who arrived after us be helped. When I called to check on my cat no one answered. I messaged on the message center and still nothing.I ended up showing up early and he was done. I waited 30 minutes without anyone even telling me he was ready. So I went inside and stressed to the people inside that my kids were released from school at 330.They finally brought him out. I was not given his flea medication and had to call the next day to receive it. It was cheaper than a full service vet but now I know why. The professional atmosphere was definitely lacking.

Would be nice if you offered to clip nails while pets get fixed. Could even charge a few dollars for the time.

Just... don t forget about people who are in line... or cross them off. I got there..and sat there and hour and a half... and then was told that they had already thought they had taken my pet in.

I have never been so pleased. My dog s are everything to me. I am a littel extra when it comes to my dogs. You guys always always bend over backwards,sideways and any other way for my dog s. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT YOUR VAN SERVICE. THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH

I already have been telling EVERYONE I interact with about you guys. What an awesome experience Shadow and I had on our appt. Everything you stated in the above mission statement is spot on 100% accurate, you guys are awesome! Unbelievable that you can get that many people working together and everybody was truly helpful and very polite! What an awesome team! You absolutely went above and beyond in our first visit with you. Honestly I can t say enough good about you guys, believe me I m putting you guys out there to everybody I know and even people I don t!Thank you sooo much for providing such a wonderful service to pet owners- you guys are freaking AWESOME!!!!!

It took longer to getting my pet taken care of than I thought! I had appointment set up, I felt it was first come first serve, but I had a appointment! But it was great service!

Person on the phone at intake was friendly and caring and helpful. Every step along the way so far this has been an excellent experience. We are more likely to help strays because of your professionalism and kindness.

Being able to wait in my car I think is a plus during the pandemic. Everyone was nice and professional.

I know it’s tough- but it would be nice if appointments were on time ish. And ahead of people who just show up.

I love the Pet Resource Center for many reasons. I have been able to continue to rescue cats and rehab and help them find homes thanks to them! Unfortunately price matters and they have made it easy for me to continue my efforts by making spays and neuters affordable and the treat all the cats I have brought to them with individual attention and care. I don t feel like a stranger here they truly care for each pet and owner. I always tell everyone that has a pet about them and how amazing they are!

Placing that big tent on parking lot is a very good idea. A lot cooler on a hot day. Thank you for considering the pets and owners.

I had an appt for 9:40 when I arrived I was told that y were only doing spay and neuter at that time and to come back after 10:00 which I did. You need to make changes to the time app, I had other appts that day which caused me a bit of aggregation.
