Faster drop off for surgery

Arrived 15 mins before appointment. Waited for 20 mins. Was told they were over an hour behind and to wait in the store or my the car. Completely inconvenient and felt sorry for the staff. Need more staff since everything was depended on one person, whom looked extremely stressed out.

It is not letting me select a star for my ratings. But y’all were amazing and I was trying to give 5-star all around. Everyone was kind and helpful! I’ve already told so many people in my life to check y’all out and support your cause. What you provide to the community is simply amazing. Thank you so much for providing these services and care to every pet owner, regardless of their financial situation. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We will continue to take our dogs to pet resource, they are the best and most affordable. When we had to get our dog Bailey euthanized they were very compassionate with the process. Such a great caring team. Definitely recommend this place

I ve been there in the past and it s gone well - this time was different. I had to wait a very long time (I get why), and for some reason my pet was freaked out when I got her back from the tech, hid under the bed when we got home and wouldn t eat or snuggle. It took her about 48 hours before she was back to normal. I m not sure I ll leave her alone while being vaccinated in the future.

They do an excellent job , so professional and caring. Would recommend 100%

I have taken my animals to Pet Resources for around 6 yrs or more. They are cheaper than regular vets, and they do a good job. I just used their Mobile Unit. It is convenient for me since I use a walker, and hard for me to get around. I have 3 cats, and 1 dog.

By far and away the best I could ask for. The appointment was so easy to make, extremely affordable, drop off and pick up was efficient and organized, the vet who came and picked up and returned my dogs was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. After care instructions were very straightforward. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I have already recommended several friends to this location. Fantastic service all around

Everyone at The Pet Resources care center was absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything to me. They help my dogs. I couldn’t ask for any one. Better to take care of my two pets that I love so much thanks to the staff and everyone in pet resource I really really appreciate you guys. Thank you, my dogs are recovering quite. Well. I’m just thankful.

My dog Shadow received the basic vaccination package 5/9/23 $70. I have continued to receive text reminder about her needing DAP. I went into the portal and there isn t an entry of her shots that day or heartworm test results. I did receive a text on the results but I don t know how to send this on to her Vet. Thanks for all you do!!

I hope that I would stay with my dog when my dog is vaccinated on the site.

I am very pleased with the service. Very friendly and polite people. I really LIKED the “drive through” service. The speed of the appointment and service was great. I couldn’t get a spay appointment for my new stray dog until August in my hometown. ?? it was quite a drive but soooo worth it. No new puppies for us., YAY!

You guys run a great program. So thankful for all you do. With 3 dogs, the process is streamlined and affordable.

I should not keep getting emails and notifications that my pet is due a week after they had their vaccines. It should update in your system immediately.

Pet resource is a great place to take your pets. I wish they had a regular vetinary clinic where you can bring pets for exams.
