All the staff was wonderful. The process was well organized and i loved that we could wait in our vehicle. The entire process was so easy! I felt confident that my cat was in good hands and I felt comfortable leaving him there for his surgery to be fixed. Staff gave us great post-op information and I felt confident I could care for afterwards. I d 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I was very concerned leaving Bella Tuesday. 4 different people came to my car with 3 different papers to sign & the 4th person to take her in. I told one girl I wanted to see all paperwork before I let her go in. It was the most disorganized, longest, inefficient process I have ever seen & left me feeling very uncomfortable leaving my fur baby. I think you have & offer a great service but it needs some adjustments & someone to control morning drop off.

i came to have three pet attended to for shots and records; however, we were misinformed about the dog needing a muzzle since he is a pit bull. we were given medication to give to him the night before as well as the day of. He was to excited he would not allow anyone to place his collar on him let alone a muzzle. I informed your staff he (Zeus) would not be able to get shot that day and she said she understood. I explained to her that I paid for all three to have the visit but was wondering if my card would be needed to refund the cost for Zeus. I was told no and she would inform billing of what happened and they would take care of it. The visit was on January 30th and I have called several times but with no success and still no refund. I believe this is a great organization but it can take one person to stain it for the community

We have had both our dogs neutered/spade through PRKC and have had a great experience both times. Emma helped me book our most recent one and she was FABULOUS, patient, supportive, and kind. The entire staff did a great job with communication and the process flowed quite well.

Regardless of the wait and what could prob be more organized, my pet was cared for and taken care of during his procedure. I don’t mind the extra wait when he’s safe and well cared for.

I had a moment where I feared my uncooperative dog would pull from his lead while being brought out to the car, after his neuter. The lady was professional but could not get him from beneath the car, so I had to go grab him. Thankfully he didn t break away. ?? I will be bringing him back next year, but this time I will put a muzzle on him, to prevent further spiciness .

This was a great experience. I knew well in advance that it would be a bit of a wait, so I could plan for it. My pet did wonderfully, and I felt very ready to bring him home. And the cost was incredible for what was offered.

I unfortunately am going through one of the harder times in my life and when I reached out for help I couldn t even get a call back but was certainly charged alot for yearly vaccinations that normally came with flea medicine but that s no longer happening but didn t get informed and on top of it the 2 times in the last 6 years I ve asked for help got help and advice one time but honestly not what my furbaby needed! I actually had to overdraft my account and now have to pay $17.50 to my bank on top of already struggling to pay the $125! It s truly so disappointing and I m just done believing there s anything that looks like help coming my way EVEN when I ask! Life is hard on alot of people right now being disabled and having to live on a limited income never gets easy but when someone says they re there to help and you re truly not JUST DON T SAY YOU ARE! Thanks for being misleading and for leaving a dissapointment that s literally made me cry and made my life even more difficult in an already difficult time! I honestly want to say so much more but I m learning this will all fall on deaf ears SO IF REALLY DOESN T MATTER!!

My battery died while I was in line and I was grateful and amazed that someone came right out with a battery charger and charged my battery.
