I can’t thank you all enough for taking care of my girl. I wasn’t sure exactly how I was going to manage her care from now on. She is my ESA person and I am hers. She has been with me 5 years now and we both have gone through a lot including displacement and grief. We are so glad your organization is so close and you provide yr services for so many of our furry family members. I was so pleased when Fiona came back with a great report. I know that she must have felt right off that she was in a safe place.

This is a great resource for those who love their fur babies but need a little assistance for their care.

They microchippped my dog even though I told them she was already microchipped. You also have employees that tried to add me on Facebook which I thought was very odd since we have no mutual friends. We also told them that my dog has an allergic reaction to vaccines, so they asked us to wait to give her the vaccines at another time. I paid for the gold package that includes vaccines because they said to do this and we could bring my dog in for her vaccines a few weeks later. The girl that brought my dog to me when she was done with her surgery was very rude and said they won t allow us to come back to do vaccines. I d like to speak to someone asap.

Overall great experience the staff was so professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing I would say is the estimate provided was more than I can afford for my animals. Otherwise I would definitely bring them back for the service.

long wait for vet to check teeth for one minute and say she didn’t know and the surgeon would decide makes me wonder why the check was necessary when I told ahead which teeth were damaged and the check didn’t have any purpose

Everyone at the clinic was super friendly and helpful. I loved the system used for the neutering appointments I found it to be very efficient! The young man at the booth was very sweet and personable, and despite having to deal with some rude customers, he still remained professional and helpful. Had no issues whatsoever with this clinic and would absolutely recommend to others. My only suggestion would be to have signs that show the proper flow of traffic for entry, as some people either could not tell/or were impatient and cut the line when entering the parking lot. Best customer service I have received and made me feel so comfortable with my pet’s surgery.

When I went to pick up my dog after surgery I had to wait an hour due to staff negligence per one girl.

I want to thank everyone at pet resource center for taking care of all of my shiba s and my shorki. You have fixed each one of them and taken care of them like they re your own I really appreciate all you guys do. I recommend you often to multiple people because of your great service and cheap prices. If it wasn t for you guys I wouldn t be able to have all these babies because I wouldn t be able to afford the shots and flea medicine. Thank you all for the wonderful care of my babies We will see you again.

Thank you for mailing my paperwork to me as I could not stay beyond 3:20 pm to take it personally. I realize that the staff was rushed because I had to pick up my cat by 3:15. I am the only one who capfuls pick him up and I am busy working in the afternoons on Tuesday. I realize another day of the week would have been less rushed for me but it has been difficult to book an appointment lately at PRCKC. I ASKED IF I COULD PICK UP MY CAT BY 3:15 when I dropped him off and staff indicated I could. Later at around 2:40 I asked staff again if I could pick up my cat by 3:15 and they said that I could. When 3:15 came and no cat, I had to go in and demand to get my cat so I could go to work. In the future, perhaps it would best if staff was more honest about my ability to get my cat at that time. I know I pissed off a staff member yet she was still very helpful and got me my cat in the nick of time. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience I caused and am impressed you remembered to mail me my paperwork. Thank you!!!

Thank you so much for your spay and neuter program. I rescued 9 kittens and I m getting all fixed so I can begin finding the kitten s homes. The only problem I ve ever had is I need more appointments available. I desperately need to fix two girl kittens in addition to Poppy, who u just helped. Poppy is healing and doing great. The gabapentin has helped her a lot.

My only suggestion is that it would be helpful, but maybe impossible to work on being on schedule. I showed up ontime,but the wait for services was extensive. Is there any way to communicate if you are running late on appointments so that those arriving will know if there will be an extensive, greater than 15 wait?

The work you did for my pets was great. The price was great and the service was superb. I can t thank you enough!

The only thing is i don t see the reason to make appointment my cat had a appt. for 8:10a.m. I got there at 8:00a.m. the waiting in line outside they didn t take her in until about 9:15a.m. Those who have appointments should come first. Don t understand your system with the appointments.
