Email responses is not efficient. Takes too long, several days, to get responses. But my cats dental work and care were great.

My appointment time was 915 am, we parked and I walked into office at 905am. However, someone came and took out payment and it was about 935am. They came out and took our cat in for the spay at 955am. I do know your office was very busy and there was a huge line of cars at the drop off or pick up. All in all was very good care in our pet and very helpful staff

Can’t beat the price but my cat was given to me with half his carrier totally soaked in urine! I understand you all might not be able to have your own kennels to keep them in, but at least an absorbent pee pad or letting them out every hour or so would help prevent me from having to clean up the fabric carrier, and my cat. I had laid towels down as instructed but it didn’t help and I am still getting the smell out of the carrier and Louie.

You folks are wonderful! The care you gave my kittens leg amputation was spot on. I couldn t have asked for a better outcome for Cassiopae! THANK YOU!!!

Outstanding service.

The staff was outstanding. I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby with them. When I picked her up they gave me perfect instructions on how to care for her. Thank you everyone at pet resource for your wonderful support and service.

Everybody was super friendly. My dog was finished early. Post-op instructions were very clear and given in several forms. This was my first time using pet resources and my experience has been great.

I literally love how they treated us, they are so so sweet, would definitely recommend!!!! SUPER GENTLE!!! & do their job fast.. I’ve took my 3 dogs & 1 cat & I always bring them here! NOT PRICEY AT ALL ????????

This was our second time going to Pet Resources of Kansas City for spay services. And again, everyone we talked to and communicated with was very helpful and pleasant. All information about the spay appointment was clearly communicated and the drop-off and pick-up processes were well organized. And the person who brought out our pup knew everything that needed to be conveyed to best care for pup just out of surgery. Thumbs up all around!

Suggesting Revolution for ear mites is a better idea than medicated shampoo for kittens. The shampoo didn t work, the kittens were very unhappy and the Revolution took care of the ear mites. I also used coconut oil on their ears, which my dog found delightful, and may have helped wash the mites away. Kittens were neutered, mites are gone and all is well. Staff is thoughtful and kind. Appreciate the efficiency of the vehicle drop off and pick up.
