The staff was outstanding. I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby with them. When I picked her up they gave me perfect instructions on how to care for her. Thank you everyone at pet resource for your wonderful support and service.

Everybody was super friendly. My dog was finished early. Post-op instructions were very clear and given in several forms. This was my first time using pet resources and my experience has been great.

I literally love how they treated us, they are so so sweet, would definitely recommend!!!! SUPER GENTLE!!! & do their job fast.. I’ve took my 3 dogs & 1 cat & I always bring them here! NOT PRICEY AT ALL ????????

This was our second time going to Pet Resources of Kansas City for spay services. And again, everyone we talked to and communicated with was very helpful and pleasant. All information about the spay appointment was clearly communicated and the drop-off and pick-up processes were well organized. And the person who brought out our pup knew everything that needed to be conveyed to best care for pup just out of surgery. Thumbs up all around!

Suggesting Revolution for ear mites is a better idea than medicated shampoo for kittens. The shampoo didn t work, the kittens were very unhappy and the Revolution took care of the ear mites. I also used coconut oil on their ears, which my dog found delightful, and may have helped wash the mites away. Kittens were neutered, mites are gone and all is well. Staff is thoughtful and kind. Appreciate the efficiency of the vehicle drop off and pick up.

Long wait but fast, friendly service.

I would ve really liked not being misgendered the entire time i was there. My friend joined me and he was misgendered as well. My cat has a uterus and i made that clear but i named him Freddy and every staff person was treating me like an idiot and repeatedly explaining to me that he was a girl despite the fact that i was super open about it with every person i spoke with. I felt very un welcome as a trans person and will not be back.

All my animals I have taken in to get fixed all recovered amazingly! Great staff and they do a excellent job!!! Thank you for all you do! I really appreciate you all!

Your org. is truly a wonderful way to serve the underserved pet lover’s community! Times are hard financially for many families and this makes the strain a little bit easier to endure. Do you have a way or a program to serve the homeless pet owners’s community? I run across a lot of them in my service to our community and they really need help as a lot of their dogs don’t have vaccinations, incur injuries and tolerate very dangerous hot and cold weather while living in the streets with their owners? I know you’re strapped for refunds but there is no street pet care ministry for them that I know of. How can we collectively care for them too?
