I am beyond grateful for the service I receive each time my pets come to PRCKC. They are friendly to me and my dogs, they are always so busy and yet the care isn t compromised, they are accommodating to my pets specific needs, and most importantly they are a one stop shop: urgent care, dental, routine vaccinations...I am pleased to support their mission.

Waiting over an hour for drop off and pick up was a little frustrating even though I was there before pick up time since she was done early. Staff was great though.

Take a little more time in explaining/sharing discharge instructions as there are a lot to absorb.

I recently had my dog neutered at the Pet Resource Center of KC, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire process was efficient, professional, and incredibly friendly. The surgical procedure went as smoothly as I could have ever imagined. My dog experienced no pain, and the medications provided kept him comfortable throughout his recovery. I am extremely grateful for this facility and the dedicated staff who work tirelessly to help the pets in our community. The quality of care they offer, even with their free services, is outstanding. The place was packed, and I can only imagine how exhausted the staff must be by the end of the week. Yet, their commitment and compassion never wavered. I sincerely hope they continue their invaluable service to the community and to our precious pets. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and it is deeply appreciated. Five stars all the way!

I understand your facility works with volunteers, I deeply appreciate the services we receive, however, time is very precious to me and we had to miss another appointment because we waited over an hour and a half before being seen. Maybe not accept as many appointments for each time slot?

Make your appointment times actually mean what they say. Every time I’ve come since Covid I’ve had to wait in my car for at least an hour past my appointment time. At the very least…communicate an eta to individuals of their estimated wait time.

Great Service

The triage department was great! They answered all my questions through email and assured me on how to administer my dog’s medications. The staff was lovely at the drop off and the pick up. 100% would recommend to anyone!

I will always bring my cat to you for her shots, I know the care she receives is great. I had one little issue this last visit. When my cat received her shots and was promptly brought back to me the young woman said she’d bring my paperwork. I waited 40 minutes for the paperwork, finally getting out of my car to flag someone down. I know everyone is doing the best they can, and maybe you were short staffed, but the long wait for the paperwork wasn’t only inconvenient for me but I would think was for you as well in an effort to keep things moving.
