Wonderful Staff and very patient when answering questions.

I had an appointment for an enucleation and was told drop off was at 7:10am. Well I hadn’t heard anything by 3pm so I went into the clinic as phone calls cannot be answered due to high volume. I was told that she had not yet had her procedure. It wasn’t until 4pm that I was called and told to come pick her up. I appreciate the friendliness of staff and the availability of anaffordable clinic. However it’s unfortunate that my puppy did not have time to come off anesthesia and was forced to be immediately discharged.

My rose us a 14 yr old yorkie who desperately needs 4 teeth pulled but I can find anyone to help so I am assuming she is in constant pain. I ve done several blood test, a heartworm test even tho she didn t need it and every vet still says 500.00 or more someone needs to give us price breaks so we can properly take care of our babies

I liked everything about this experience except I tend to prefer a topical flee and tick treatment more than the collars, wish it was an option. Also the flee and tick collar I was given was designed for a large dog and my dog is 20 pounds. Its a lot of collar for one pup, doesn t fit him well. For the cost I would have hoped it was the right kind. Guess I should have double checked when they handed it to me.

I would like to see a pet resource center out here in independence

The vet who was going to do my cat s procedure did blood work right before the procedure was to happen and it s a good thing he did. Harlequin s white count was elevated to twice normal meaning he had some nasty infection. The vet called explained everything to me in great detail and we chose to cancel the procedure. He was kind, compassionate, and gave great details that were easy to understand!!

Everybody was Extremely friendly and didn t give me a hard time for not having much money they worked with me and my budget.

I think patients should be warned of a fee for using a credit/debit card. I was not told I would be paying an additional $7.95 on an already large bill

There is no other place in Kansas City that offers the quality care that Pet Resource does. While I sat in my car waiting for my puppy to taken in to be spayed I realized how much experience the vets inside get. I am so impressed with the care and compassion these people have.

I felt the girl checking us in must of been new because she was not friendly and the vet told me my cat was loosing hair because of fleas. I brought her home bathed her in flea shampoo and nothing. We just saw the vet for this three weeks ago and he said she had allergies The vet and the girl helping continued to argue with me. I found out what it was she s allergic to her cat food. Very sad they wouldn t listen to anything I said

I was never before told my dog Princess needed to be brought in on tranzadone cause she was to anxious kind-of shocked me. I asked if they could look at her paw pad cause it s swollen which had been noticed when I called and scheduled appointment and when I emailed I offered to go back the 2nd time with her cause she s very attached to me and would be calmer and was told no, when they came back with her they said they didn t get to look and to bring her to emergency Monday, so I will
