My appointment was for 10:55am for 1 single shot for heart work prevention. I arrived at 10:40am and checked in. I then sat in my car for over an hour before anyone saw me. Then I was called on my phone and told they are calling to check me in. Which clearly I had already done. The woman on the phone e had no clue what my dog was having done even though the computer was right in front of her I imagine. She asked me what I was getting done as if it doesn’t show her on the appointment I made online. 20 minutes later they come and get my dog. When they return her to my car, I’m asked to hold on while the paperwork is brought out to me. 20 minutes later they bring me a receipt. Time is valuable. And a lot of mine was wasted. I need your org to do better going forward.

I really appreciate the affordability of this place. I always donate a little extra because I m able to. I have always had a great experience here. I experience vas-vagal around needles so I feel safer that I m able to stay in my car while my dog gets her shots and I know that her and I are both healthy.

No comments, except that me and my dog waited in my vehicle over a hour after 2 o’clock appt though we arrived 18 minutes early. Seems to be not enough staff for a very busy business handling animals who don’t know who is taking them away from their masters .

So happy with the process from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. This was our first experience with Pet Resource Center and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for pet services.

I understand your system works due to the overload of appts. but we would rather speak to a real person. The bundles you offer are not totally clear. We want to get our dog in for a dental cleaning as he is due for that service and trying to find out the cost for a dog his size. When is a good time to call?

Overall really great only down fall was that my shepherd was getting more anxious the longer we waited which ended up being about 2 hours late got there at 10:30 and left about 12.30 ish. Still super friendly employees :)

Thre was a African American female. Appeared to be maybe 18. She lives her job. I watched her as she interacted with ea. Customer and pet. Awesome, caring and full of energy. Great personality.

This was as quick and easy as I could have asked for. My cat, Miso, was well cared for and she is doing amazing. Thank you!

I still need paperwork related to my dog’s neuter procedure. You system was down and I reached by email that same afternoon. No reply has been offered or acknowledgement. Please advise.
