Everyone was very nice but driving In I felt a little unsafe but my dog was taken care of very well and I would recommend it to others.

Everyone in the clinic was very kind and incredibly friendly to both me and my dog. My issues lie with the after care procedure and the procedure itself. Three days after surgery, our dog developed a scrotal hematoma. After an unanswered call and voicemail to the on-call trauma contact (it was after clinic hours) we went to the nearest urgent care center. What we thought would be a simple and relatively painless routine procedure ended up being filled with trauma and pain for our dog as well as expensive. Money isn t an object for us, but we decided to support the work you all do with our donation and were reassured the care would be equal to that of our normal veterinarian. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way that just wasn t the case. If we had known our boy was at such a high risk for hematoma due to his size and age, we would have NEVER gone through with the procedure without scrotal ablation. While we pride ourselves on doing our research, there are obviously things a veterinarian would know that we wouldn t. I wish this would have been communicated to us so we could have made a more informed decision regarding our dog. I m by no means trying to blame the operating veterinarian, but would like to make you aware of the situation to prevent it from happening to another dog. Additionally, I still have not received a call from the on-call contact. Had this been a more serious emergency and we were unable to afford an emergency bill, I don t know what we would have done. In sum, I adored your staff and the way both me and my dog were treated pre-surgery. But the lack of after care, knowledge regarding potential complications, and even the surgery itself leave me hesitant to recommend you to anyone who can afford care elsewhere.

My iPad would not let me rate any thing by touch. I rated all six categories excellent and since all these animals have been rescues I want to do the responsible thing for all the animals even if they stray away.

The outside looks like a prison, but the inside looks like a top rate vet office in the rich side of town... It s a bit scary from the outside. But you guys were so good to my Persephone Jane and she s doing amazingly well after her spay. Thank you!
