Everyone was incredible with Casey even calling him by his name before i even told them what it was. Super super nice staff and i know my dog received top notch care. Taking my other dog in for the same thing in two weeks

Highly recommend this place! Answered all questions, very thorough with instructions and great with notifications and follow ups. My pets are doing wonderfully after their surgeries. I am thankful for the people here and for this place!

the service was magnificent.

Stimpy is doing very good after a week. The e-collar was getting her down after a day and new if I took it off...may have trouble getting it back on. Took it off and she never messed w/her stitches. There was no pain or whining any more(Her nick name for a while before the visit, was the whining liberal . She being a wild cat probably just made her a tougher cat. This was my first time using your services and it was phenomenal! Your staff took the time to answer every single question we had and reassured us that our cats would be okay. Your staff was wonderful. The only suggestion I would have is to have paperwork to fill out at the door so you don t have to wait in line twice.

I was pleased with how fast the spaying of our dog took. She was dropped off at 7:30 and I got a text indicating she was done at 10:30. We were happy to bring her home so soon!

Excellent staff everyone is calm the day my dog was there a lady brought in a dog that had been shot.,without missing a beat the lady at the counter had information on paper for her to take her dog to a place to get immediate help.

I recently left working at an animal hospital for 2.5 years running the pet resort, and I wish that I had your people working with me on my team. The compassion and love that you all have is amazing. I am also a certified dog trainer and have been doing it for the last 10 years... I go to my clients homes and do private training on the Missouri and the Kansas side and I will definately refer them to you for services. I was highly impressed by the services offered and the friendly and courteous staff. They always made me and my dog feel like we were special clients. However, I was highly disappointed with the phone system and/or the availability to speak with someone when you called. I was always sent to voice-mail to leave a message and would not be called back until the following day.

Very reasonable, yet they truly care about the animals that come through the door. Appreciate the care and attention they gave to my cat.
