You all are very organized in the morning for drop off, but you need to be better organized in the afternoon at 3:30 for pick-up.

I was so impressed by my entire experience at Spay-Neuter Kansas City! The staff was friendly, informative and kind, the clinic was clean and they did an excellent job with the surgery. My little kitty is so much happier and just five days out from his surgery is 100% back to normal. Thank you SNKC, without your program, I would not have been able to afford this procedure for my kitty!

we are very happy with yall and can t imagine taking our pets anywhere else. He as had no problems at all with the surgery and his recovery is going great.

It would be helpful to know before spay and neuter that the pet should be confined so preparations could be made in advance. I was told by one person that kitty weighed 5.7 lbs and by another that she was 7 lbs. I wonder if the dog that was barking the entire time I was there could have been muzzled. It scared kitty. All staff members who interacted with us were thoughtful and considerate. I am grateful that I was able to afford to do this for an abandoned kitten. She will go to a good home when she recovers.

Dropping off was confusing. No lines and no one says where to go. Maybe the front could be for checkout and a line could form to go to counter on other side?

Amy in the Kansas City, Kansas facility was extremely nice, very friendly, and took time to find an answer to a question I had. Evidently my cat was a source of entertainment while still in his carrier before his neuter and she shared that story with me. Very happy with the service.

I was very pleased

the intake person talked to our 6 month old kitten and called her by name even though she had never seen her before. sparky was not just another animal to her. we talked about this one the way home. we felt comfortable leaving sparky there.post surgery instruction were clear.

I think there should be one more round of pain meds for the night you bring them home. Waiting till the next morning before we were to give him one was miserable, he was up all night long!

I would like to have received more individualized details about how my pet did during surgery and and information noted during her visit that may be helpful for me in her followup. I don t really feel I was told anything except the scripted aftercare instructions.
