I watched the staff interact with cats and dogs from very small to large. It seemed from the front receptionist to where I dropped my dog off at behind her, people liked their job. Not only was that comforting to someone who was about to leave a loved pet, it was a relief to feel that he would be safe. Thank you.

They did an excellent job! I am so glad that i came acroos them! They were affordable and really took care of my kitty Oliver! I totally felt safe and trusted leaving my cat with Spay and Neuter kcmo! I will be back with other pets in the future even though its an hour drive! Loved them!

The staff was so pleasant and helpful and was really happy with the cost and how they took such good care of my fur babies thanks to all on a great job.

Please have more clarity about prices. We were told $55.00 to spay which we were told includes shots. We are pleased with the services- nice job of spaying them.

When the person at the front desk convinced me to upgrade to the silver package, she did a poor job of explaining what was in the package, and when I got my information packet afterward of my pet s records there were things that were not mentioned when I talked to her, and I had to inquire about getting the 3 day pain shot. I am happy with the surgery overall, but it was hard for me to understand what I was paying for before I got his records because she did a poor job of explaining. Everyone else was fine.

I really appreciate the professional setting of the clinic. Everything was straight forward and a very quick process. This is a hidden gem in our city.

I ve taken several of my own animals and many strays to SNKC. I understand it s the job of those there to give me all the information, but it s frustrating to be treated as though I don t know anything about the way the process works especially when there is a record of how many I ve taken to be fixed there.

I had a really great experience and I feel my dog was well cared for.

I had brought both my male kittens and my sister s female cat into be fixed on the same day, the staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. About a week later, I called because I noticed what I thought to be an infection with one of my male kittens, SNKC had me bring him in right away to check him out. He was okay, there was no infection, I was just being a worried cat mom, but the staff was still so kind, friendly, took the time to educate me on a few other things to look for should Duke develop an infection, and really helped to alleviate my worries. To top it off, they told me should I have any more concerns not to hesitate calling back or bringing him back in. They truly cared about not just my pets, but also cared for my worries as an owner. It was an unexpected surprise from the vet service I had been using for the last 10 years. Thank you for the outstanding service.

It was a cheap way to have our cat spayed...maybe. There was very little attention payed to our individual cat from what I could tell and check-in had a very add her to the pile spay and neuter assembly line sort of feel. She has also been itching her ears and sneezing ever since we returned and I m starting to wonder if the money we saved will be worth the ear mite medicine and whatever else we end up having to buy to treat whatever illnesses she picked up at the clinic. Also, she is a small cat and the cone we were sold obviously didn t fit her. We ended up having to take it off of her within 5 min of having her home.

I would have liked some more time at pickup to discuss post-op care. I felt a little rushed going out of the clinic.

I think I marked all 5 s. It s hard to tell. I am completely satisfied and have already told people about the great service Mandy and I received. Thank you SO much! 8)

Everyone there was super friendly and soo helpful. As first time pet owners and first time going through a pet surgery process , all the staff did a good job explaining everything I needed to know and what to expect from my pets during their healing process. Deffinetlt made me feel better. They handled my pet with such care I wouldn t mind leaving them again. Thank you!! Great staff!!

I am a repeat client. I pay full price because I love what this place is about. However, I will not return. Firstly the office is confusing and no one let the customers know where to go. The customers had to help each other. Secondly, staff is rude and would not listen to me. The person in particular was a blonde, her hair was in curls like the 50s and she wore purple glasses. She was very rude in her body language and words and tone. She treated me as if I knew nothing and was a child. I won t be returning.
