Everything from making an online appt, check in, to EARLY pick up was a breeze. I felt totally comfortable leaving my pup there and since picking him up he’s been great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable spay/neuter.

It never fails, every encounter I have with an employee of Spay and Neuter KC is amazing! Every single person, is so friendly and helpful it makes every experience great. Having a pup that is skid-ish around people she doesn t know, the staff is always very sweet and gentle with her. I 110% would recommend Spay and Neuter to anyone I know! Thank you for all that you do!

The staff has been so kind and caring when I have brought my pet in. They give him special attention as if he’s the only dog in the place. They come to me and explain exactly what it’s going to happen. Not only are they professional, but they are courteous, friendly and genuinely care for my dog and me.

I felt very comfortable with the process and the staff were exceptional with my dog. He is rather large and can be somewhat of a persistent baby which makes him difficult and they were as sweet as could be to him. Not to mention this facility allowed us to have him neutered without taking out a second mortgage. Very nice and knowledgeable workers while helping provide a great service to the community at a lower price! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Overall it was pretty painless for me, however, I am taking my cat to my regular vet for follow up as I think there was a stitch that did not dissolve or come out.

Very considerate,helpful,I m 77 yrs old,handicapped,they help me bring my dogs in and help me to my car when leaving,I have 2 dogs.last year I brought 1 dog,and went home and got the other one.they told me I could bring both dogs ,and they would help me .They are really very very nice.i left a 20.00 donation.wish I could do more.

My only issue was when we came to pick up our kitten, there was dog poop on the floor that I stepped in. No one offered to clean it up or something to clean off my shoe. Other than that, excellent job.

Even though the cone seemed to be secure, Max was able to get out of it overnight. He did not bother his surgery area at all. I m shocked he was able to get out of the cone!

My kittens were spayed and neutered. Your facility was very understanding of their need to be close to each other seeing as they are litter mates and allowed me to house them in the same, small-dog sized crate. It definitely helped them in the process of transporting to and from your facility. Your staff was also very kind and understanding, and even called me earlier than the pickup time because my cats were ready beforehand.
