I was very worried when I dropped my dog off to be neutered. He was very scared, your staff member came out and pet him and spoke to him and made me feel better and he went to her. It made a big difference for the way they care for each pet as their own. GREAT JOB!!! Happy doggie mom

The initial exam and kitten immunization package did not identify that the two strays (male and female) we adopted were already spayed/neutered. We returned to their spay/neuter appointment 3 weeks after their initial visit to discover they were already fixed after both were anesthetized. We received a refund on the e-collar and extra pain meds they did not need, but incurred the cost of both cats anesthetic. I would have felt more comfortable with the education of staff if the initial exam would have at least identified that the male had no testicles. Also, the initial estimate of their age was 14 1/2 weeks. 3 weeks later, the age estimate went to over a year . Confusing to us! Staff were all very friendly. The discrepancy in the info we received on age (estimate) and status of spay/neuter makes me unsure of the FIV results we obtained. I respect what the clinic is doing, but not sure of the consistency in staff expertise.

The appointment was set up quickly and the staff we very polite. We can t thank you all enough for making our Kiki s spaying procedure affordable for us. Before we could never spare the $80-$100 for the procedure. Thank you all so much. Kiki is doing so well. :)

You need improvement in the phone answering department. No reason u can’t have someone answer a phone or at least return a call within 48 hrs.

I have made this suggestion to your staff. People coming in the door for the first time are confused about the check-in procedure. The blue puppy paws are a very good idea. But they don t see the sign on the wall that says to follow the Puppy Paws to check in. Would it be possible to paint on the floor to follow the blue puppy paws with possibly an arrow for check in. I think your staff are wonderful. I have been there numerous times recently as I have rescued cats and kittens which all needed your wonderful attention. I have eight kittens sitting on my lap now looking for attention. And thankfully they are all spayed or neutered thanks to you. Sincerely Beverly Rooks. feel free to use my name.

The hours are not people friendly if u have a job. Perhaps a late pick up day, or option of any kind would make things better for those of us who rescue animals and bring them often, or everyone for that matter. Less than an 8 hr window is insufficient for the working people.

Everyone is amazing. the service is great. i always recommend your place.

The only thing I would suggest is becoming able to spay /neuter dogs larger than 100lbs. Suggestions to limit cost would be to only offer this service monthly or to partner with another group to provide this service.

I understand that each animal has a tattoo applied to the belly as they are spayed or neutered but I bought 3 in and eat one of them had a dime size burn beside the tattoo. I now and doctoring it. Sad that they also have this pain to deal with. I have had several done before and this has never happened.
