Our pet became violently...vomited blood.later that day... after shots and flea topical. I think the topical was applied messy. Perhaps she got into it while grooming. We ended up at Blue Pearl and a big bill. My pet rescue friend said that it could have happened at any clinic. It s just the what could go wrong and what to do weren t made clear . Verbally.Thanks

I have been talking with Ramona Hayes and she has been very helpful to me, answered all my questions and even went out her way to help me save a few dollars to get my friends puppy Booster shots also. And Mrs Wimpy, in the Kansas office was courteous and caring. Helped with questions and shots for all of the 4 puppies. Thank you very much.

Iclicked on the fifth star but nothing shows up.

I was told to bring my cat in a domesticated crate and then was refused service because she should have been in a trap. The cat was returned to me covered in her own feces because the cat was so traumatized. Absolutely ridiculous I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with SNKC was wonderful!

The staff was friendly but could come up with a better system other than DMV style in order to pay and leave. My dog developed an eye infection, assuming it was contracted from visit

Staff was amazing! I was super nervous about the procedure an leaving them for the day. Staff was understanding and kind to me as well as my pets. Great job! Awesome people!!

Already sent an email regarding my experience - been a devoted customer for over 6 years - my experience on May 1st was the absolute worst ever - in the past the service was attentive and wonderful. I downloaded all the forms and had them filled out prior to going - since I had 3 dogs. When we arrived there was one person in the waiting area and his dog was being taken care of. The dog and owner left and we waited - thought maybe they were taking a break -(twenty minutes later) two other ladies entered with a cat in a carrier - they were assisted with filling out the forms and questions on the fees etc. which took 15 - 20 minutes - then the cat was taken to the vet. I questioned why number 24 was being taken in before my number 23 - was told that they had one vet that took cats and the other dogs - although there was not a dog other than the one prior #22 (rottweiler)that had already been taken care of. I had 3 dogs - very distraught - waiting to be taken care of. After #24 was taken care of they proceeded to ask for #25 - my number was #23 - by then I was not happy and questioned - they told me that they had called my number - which they did not - why would we sit there for 20 minutes with no one else in the waiting area. Still very angry - Like I said I have been going there for over six years. The women #24 had never been there before and were treated better than a prior customer. Like I said, I downloaded the forms and had them filled out prior to arriving - to alleviate my dogs anxiousness.
