Even though the cone seemed to be secure, Max was able to get out of it overnight. He did not bother his surgery area at all. I m shocked he was able to get out of the cone!

My kittens were spayed and neutered. Your facility was very understanding of their need to be close to each other seeing as they are litter mates and allowed me to house them in the same, small-dog sized crate. It definitely helped them in the process of transporting to and from your facility. Your staff was also very kind and understanding, and even called me earlier than the pickup time because my cats were ready beforehand.

I m glad I found this place it is wonderful and my dog gets all the Care he needs

The checkout process after turning my dog over for surgery was a bit long but everything else went fairly quickly. The process appeared very well organized. Ruger is recovering nicely from his neuter. Staff is very thorough.

They were great but had a “paperwork mishap” and somehow “forgot” to give him his bordatella shot?? I’m not one to make assumptions but HOW do you miss that?!?

Everyone was very pleasant. If I were to make a suggestion it would be for the people at the desk to speak up when they talk. It can get loud in there and hard to hear someone talking quietly.

Whitney was extremely informative and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the procedure and after care for Freddie. It made me very comfortable with the process. I can really tell you all care.

I was very happy that all costs were given up front. There were no hidden charges! Our King kitty was treated like a king for his neuter and Golden Whiskers package. We felt that we were fully informed, and all of our questions were answered. Thank you, SNKC! It s a bit scary when taking your fur babies for a surgery of any kind, but all of the staff was professional and compassionate, understanding that pet owners are leaving a family member in their hands. As well, SNKC does this every day. It would be easy to treat people as if WE should already be informed, but it s not like that. Time and care was taken by all of the staff to treat us with kindness and comfort. I will definitely recommend SNKC to my family & friends!

I ve have had two pets spayed, updated on shots, and microchipped with SNKC, and I am so very pleased with the staff and ease of getting them scheduled, checked in, instructions provided, and care of my fur babies. It s a little bit of a drive, but it sso worth it for the quality of care and cost! Thank you to everyone at SNKC! Keep up the great work!

Dropped my animals off at 7:30 AM, missing work to do so. Upon arriving to pick them up at 4 PM, they had yet to be touch. I missed work and my animals were forced to sit in carriers all day literally for no reason. Ended up waiting in the parking lot for more than an hour for the procedure to actually be done. Would never recommend to a friend.
