Finances often force people to chose between keeping a pet while caring for them properly or giving them up. I am grateful that SNKC exists and enabled me to be able give a stray kitty a new home. I truly appreciate you all, but my littlest dog became super sick after the shots. I thought I was going to loose her last night.... however she finally started drinking and today Sunday the 25th. She started eating.

Paperwork showed something wrong with my dogs privates. No one explained any thing to me about my dogs condition.

My dog‘s nails were cut way too far and bled and he had some kind of blood stain on his face.

I filled out the application online but then when I contacted someone via email they still asked me for all that same information that I filled out on the website. It made that part of the website seem pointless cuz I had to tell her all that again anyways. I recommend fixing that. She should ve been able to just pop all that information up from the website the first time I put it all in. Besides that it was great thank you. I would still recommend to a friend or family.

Getting my kitten her shots then spayed was a good experience overall. I truly appreciated the coupon to reduce her spay cost. The only 2 downfalls were 1) the towels I had in her box at arrival were not there when we left (after the shots and also after the spay) and 2) the extended wait time for the inital exam and her shots. I understand SNKC is not a traditional vet clinic but I would like to have been with my kitten when she was examined and wondered why it took so long as we were waiting over an hour. She is healing wonderfully and I definitely share the news about SNKC!

As always, great work. Staff was not aware one of our pups got out of her holding kennel and made a break for the door. Harlie is our escape artist. I carried her back to the staff. Harlie and Ivey recovered quickly and are back to the WWF in our living room. Our 9th & 10th altered surgeries with SNKC. We are pleased to continue our support for SNKC.

The entire experience with Spay and Neuter KC was a wonderful one. Every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about my pet. My 5 month old kitten was in for a neuter surgery and everyone was wonderful with him. Thanks Spay and Neuter Kansas City for making our experience a great one!

There was some complication with my dog s surgery. I really appreciated, the doctor calling me immediately and giving me suggestions on the best next step and referring me to right hospital. Mu dog Bruno, is now doing really well and thank you for caring.

Being nervous about bringing my baby in to get him neutered, I was worried and scared. But as soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at home. All staff was amazing and polite. From start to finish. Even when making the appointment, everyone was so nice. Working in customer service, I understand how hard that can be some days and I applaud each and everyone on staff for doing such a great job.
