This is the third time I ve used the services at Spay and Neuter Kansas City, and every single time the team here does not disappoint. They are caring, careful and always willing to answer questions. Even when we had trouble with the healing process after a spay on one of our cats, they immediately told us to bring her in, examined her incision for free, and sent us home with a dose of antibiotics. Pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the service is excellent. I can t even begin to explain how much we appreciate everything that they do! Thank you so much, you guys!

I would like to request a separate waiting space for dogs and cats, if possible. The leashed dogs that were in the waiting room got into a bit of a scuffle when I was there with my cat, who was in a kennel. I don t necessarily understand why dogs aren t required to be in kennels or have a muzzle on or at the very least, be kept in a separate space for those of us who find their aggressiveness unnerving. Thank you for all you do.

Gabapentin is an anti-seizure medication and the FDA approved it only for that purpose. It is not a pain killer. There is an increasing and justifiable controversy surrounding its use and overuse for both animals and humans. Its mechanisms of action are unknown. I adamantly object to its use on my babies. Had I known the clinic was sending me home with it I would not have purchased it. The opioid wars should not inflict DEAs agendas on my furry family. Your clinic should post some kind of notice to patrons so they can make informed decisions. Outside of that beef...you guys are fantastic!!!! Thank you so very much for all you do!! Bottom line: you saved me nearly $200!!!!! I bought a nice piece of salmon for all four kitties and myself to celebrate!! Took a bunch of referral cards to spread the good news??????
