We LOVE the new way you have it setup where u come get the dogs from us, do everything and bring them back!!!! Would hope you continue running the clinic this way after Covid!!! It was a great experience! 20 minutes for 3 dogs!!!

You have created a system that works well during this pandemic. My appointment for 2 cats was exactly 1 hour. The staff was super nice and didn’t let the rainy weather get in the way of their care for the animals. I also know they maintained covid protocols- I heard them ask others to please put on their masks when handing off their pets.

Super friendly staff even though my dogs were being grumpy. It was also freezing raining outside but staff still came and got my dogs without any complaint. Chris was so helpful and made the experience better for my dogs! Thank you so much!

it would be great to be sent home with the certification papers that they were spayed and that they had their vaccinations period instead of having to print them off online

It was such a pleasant experience the staff was above and beyond my expectations. My regular vet is booked for surgeries til January so going to a different place was a little worrisome. Thank you for everything and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family! God bless you for what you do for our community.

Cat was left in urine so long he was wrinkled up from being soaked. Extreme odor that definitely wasn t there. Still a good resource but....

I didn t see the inside because of covid but staff was kind , informative and very caring. Ricky bobby did not seem stressed by the staff at all which made me very grateful that I had brought him here for services. He is doing well and it was a smooth process.

Fast service!! Great experience even with all the COVID restrictions. My appointment was at 3:35, prepaid online, parked and got checked in and my cat was being seen at 3:37! It only took 5 minutes. GREAT!! ????????

We were very pleased with the care our beloved kitten received. Interestingly our lives were forever changed by our visit to you. We dropped of our little girl kitty, but picked up a little boy instead. We could not stop laughing on our way home. At checkout this revelation was put to us slowly. My husband said the we had noticed any male equipment on our kitten. Your staff member answered with you won t find any after today either We could not stop chuckling the whole way home.

Had the wrong address and phone number, was able to call and get it addressed quickly.

I waited almost one hour for the appt. That is way too long especially with entertaining a puppy in the car.
