I love the curbside system you are using. Although I do wish I could come in with my pets, the waiting part has always caused them a ton of anxiety at vets. Whether in the waiting room with other pets/people or in the exam rooms, they are always so nervous. It is nice to have them in the car with me until right at the time they will be seen. This has been a huge COVID benefit to us.

The current climate and setting make this much different than the normal setting . My bill was much higher than i expected , i do not remember paying a processing fee before . But i felt the drive though was efficient and went better than i expected it to .

I am incredibly thankful for your services. After finding a dog and ending up keeping him (after a diligent hunt for his unknown owner), we knew he needed to be neutered, but our budget is tight.
