Thank you for your services for my 67 lb dog. I gladly paid the extra $50 that was added to the charges, but I hope that you ll let others know that this will be added if their female dog is in heat. When I asked, I was told that they usually call before surgery. I don t believe I received a call. Regardless, I believed she was out of estrus because her swelling had gone down and spotting had ceased. The charge is not a problem because I would have donated anyway, but I thought you would want to know about this misunderstanding so others are not surprised. Also I wondered why she was shaved so far up on her side. Thank you!

I have always loved the caring and great service I receive here. From the greeter at the gate to the person coming to the vehicle to get our pets. I have used pet resource of kc for years now and will always recommend their services!

Maybe advise people of long wait times while in their vehicles. Last year I hardly waited at all for my appointment, but this year I waited for an hour. I m not sure if you re overbooking, or it was just a busy day, but it was VERY long wait. I m also pretty sure several people who came after me were seen before me, which felt very frustrating!

My rating for the cleanliness of the facility is NOT based on a visit inside, I m new to Pet Resource I started coming during the peak of the pandemic. Therefore I have never been inside to meet Vet or other staff.

I would have liked more info on how to feed your pet while they have a cone on. My pet couldnt eat or drink with it on.

Pet Resource experience was absolutely wonderful!! I can rare enough about the drop off and pick up process, it is down to a science. The staff was exceptionally nice and truly care for all our pets. My husband and I are so thankful for your services. I do wish there were well dog visits. Although they have three vaccinations so far (for puppies) I still feel I don t know their overall health status. Please post suggestions for new puppy parents on potty-crate training, ways to play with puppies, etc.
