I was very impressed with how quick, efficient and well organized everyone was during this Covid season. We ve been bringing our pets for 11 years and will continue to do so! Thank you PRCKC!

Only issue we had was with having to wait quite a while in the car for our dog to get picked up and brought back out. My boyfriend was 10 min early for our 8am appt., and ended up having to wait over 40 minutes before someone came out to get our dog for surgery. When I came to pick her up after I also ended up waiting over half an hour before she was brought out, and everyone in line behind me had their dog brought out before ours was. Otherwise we were pleased with everyone and the experience.

I have been bringing my pets here for several years, the service and the people have always been fantastic!

I had such a pleasant experience with Pet Resource of KC. My husband and I recently got a puppy and we are first time pet owners. This organization is so important and needed. All of our interactions were sincere and genuine. I had a few questions and they were ready to answer them with ease and knowledge. Thank you so much for this organization. I was quoted 25 each for my 4 puppies vaccinations and 25 each continuing. I get their and now its 30. If told lower during appointment setting. It should not change when services rendered.

I m new to being a pet owner, so maybe this suggestion isn t possible, but it is kind of hard for us to take off a half day of work. It might make it easier if we had a 2 hour time range to pick him up vs no later than 1 . Either way, we will be back! Thanks for affordable services

We want to commend you all for having such a clean facility and well run Pet Resourse Cemter. Our experience was positive with everyone we met there including staff and volunteers. They were friendly, and knowledgeable about their work with pets. This is very important to us because the dogs we have are family to us.

I had the mobile service so some questions were not applicable for me but everything went great and Suki did fine with her vaccinations. Thank you!

The new format makes it harder to accurately order all needed services. I forgot to mention a city license when I brought my pet for vaccinations. A license was not offered when I was checked in over the phone. I realized after my pet was returned that the license had been missed. Waited in the parking lot and tried five times to get through by phone, but was routed to a voicemail that stated it is not checked. With difficulty I was finally able to get the attention of staff when they came out to help another customer. It took almost an additional 30 minutes past the end of the rest of the appointment to obtain the city license.

They did a great job quick no problem

This was my first time having the mobile clinic come to our home to do our animals vaccinations, and it was the BEST thing ever!! We have 3 dogs, and a cat that I normally load up in the car and take them into the clinic for their vaccinations, but when I called to schedule the appointment they offered the mobile clinic. Of course I jumped on that opportunity to not have to transport all of them. Two of them absolutely hate the car so it’s always extremely stressful for them. With the mobile clinic they were not stressed at all. The staff were friendly, efficient, and quick! 15 minutes for 4 animals and we were done! Greatest thing ever!

This is our second time taking our pet to PRCKC to be fixed and both times the staff has provided some of the best service and positivity that I ve ever experienced. They seem genuinely concerned about your pets well-being. Both surgeries went swimmingly and recovery was swift. I will never be going anywhere else for my future pets spay or neutering and am proud to support their cause!

I requested a nail trim while kitty was under,as it is so stressful she has a bloody stool afterwards. (Jenni is a polydactyl with 26 toes.) I am relatively certain the nail trimming was not done even though I paid the $10. Other than that I had a great experience and she is doing well!

From start to finish, these were by far, our best appointments!

They took very good care of my big boy but sent me home with a broken cone for my puppy n had to dr it up overall they awesome

Every interaction I had with the pet resource center was positively amazing! It is very scary to leave your fur babies with somebody for the day when they re going through a surgery and you guys made that really easy for me! Thank you for all the great things that you do!

Your facility, vets, and staff are truly AWESOME. Thank you mostly for the VERY reasonable rates. Especially now that every one is struggling with the pandemic. Knowing I can get good quality care at a very reasonable price... you guys had me from hello. :)
