I have put my German Shepard down, she was 15 and tired. I will now put my time 100% into Gabby and her Brother, Juice. I have desided to fix Juice first. They are 100% caught up on shots. Juice is much smaller then Gabby. He doesn t know that.

Everything went great. They were flexible and changed my appointment time for me to make things easier. I was very appreciative. Pet resource center is an amazing place to go and mean it when they say they are here to help pets and keep them with their owners. They arent just about making money they really care about pets and will help and work with you to make sure your pets gets the help they need. Wont take my pet anywhere else now!!

I’ve never taken a pet to be fixed, so I didn’t realize I’d be dropping her off for the whole day until I got there, so it might be helpful to make that clear when making the appointment. Also my pet had some side effects from anesthesia like shivering and lethargy which I wasn’t warned about, so that could be helpful as well.

From first phone call to inquire about services to scheduling the spaying to actual surgery. It was a courteous, excellent experience. I called on Wednesday morning and picked up my 6 month old pup Lily Thursday afternoon. SUPER! The cost was very reasonable. Very impressive. Would recommend highly.

It would be great if you could send our vaccination and license records directly to the City of Kansas City. Having to deal with Petdata is a complete inconvenience, and they offer not place on their website or mail in forms to show that the pet is fully licensed and insured. They are just in it for the money. They won t accept online copies of the rabies vaccination, and have to be mailed in.

I was impressed by the organization of your parking lot drop -off during this pandemic. I was expecting it to be confusing but whoever figured out your system there did a great job that flowed well and efficiently. You seem to be one of the only places that has.
