I was very irritated and upset when I went to get my puppy because they brought me out the wrong dog and I had to show a picture to be able to get the correct dog

I loved how quickly I got my kitty in to get fixed. Pickup was only 3 hours after surgery, and it was extremely affordable. It was $100 cheaper than my vet, and she got all her vaccinations and a microchip.

I sat for an hour during pickup because I was calling the number ( not texting...the message said they were busy and to call back in a few minutes..I was not the only one doing that..my suggestion would be to change the message to instruct to text not call back.
