Very friendly staff!! Took very good care of my babies!!

Made it super easy to make an appointment to be seen. Yes, it usually takes 45 min to be seen when you arrive, but the quality of care is great and they let you know ahead of time, that it will be a bit of a wait- due to high demand.

A couple of these comments don t apply to my visit. It was just a quick dental exam in my car. Having said that I have always been happy and appreciative of your staff and services.

Only thing I didn t like is I couldn t get a physical prescription for my dogs Simparica Trio. I have to buy it off your site. It s $190 from your site but I can get it at sam s club for $130. Any way I can get a physical prescription?

The staff took great care of my dog and I felt like I was leaving her in good hands for her teeth cleaning. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back!

I would like to suggest that before any procedure especially dental,that someone would reach out, email or in the text that we receive to confirm the appointment- that any pre-operative tasks be put on a list so that we can work together in the best care for our pets. Might that text also add the correct address and parking instructions. The appoinments are booked so far out in advance that we may not remember the small details that may have big outcomes. Also, it would be a good idea to in addition to getting a receipt to detail the work that was done to the pet for owners peace of mind, if said owner could not pick up the pet and for insurance information purposes. Thank you!

I just want to thank your entire team. The drop off and pick up was so orderly and efficient. You all are doing an awesome deed for people who can’t afford some other vets higher spay/neuter fees. I’m unemployed now but I will definitely pay it forward, the amount and more I was subsidized. Thanks for all of your hard work.

What a great service you provide to our community. I knew my dog was in great hands but I won’t lie, I was still a touch nervous. When the gentleman brought my dog out and he was in a good mood I knew I had no reason to have been worried. I also appreciated the time he took to make sure I understood the medications.
