I got to the appointment an hour early, but was processed and seen early. My cat is very bad, although Dr Glen Hartline had absolutely no trouble with her. I m still in shock. I will be back (next month) with my other cat. Thank you all for a literally painless and smooth visit.

Only thing I didn t like was the vet said he d ok getting her thyrosine and carprofen from 1-800-pet meds and he lied because pet meds sent me a message saying they haven t gotten his ok to mail them out to me and I only have 3-4 days left of her meds.

The staff are always concerned with my pets needs and they go out of their way to give me advise on my dogs health and solutions to their problems and well being. I have always trusted them to make any decision for me when it comes to my dogs. I highly recommend them to anyone needs a reliable and trustworthy Veterinarian for their pets needs.I commend you for a job well done.

The entire staff gives such a warm welcome throughout the time there. They love what they do and it shows every time I bring Abigail in. Dr. Hart explains everything she’s doing from start to finish and answers all my questions. A huge thank you to everyone!!

This is the most amazing place ever. I took my chihuahua to them after spending a night in the emergency clinic. The operated immediately and my dog is alive and well thanks to them. The love they have for our fur babies is amazing.

Dr. William Hartline is always great. He listens to my many questions and answers them with a smile.

I received “over and beyond” care for Marlee. Everyone was courteous and kept me up to date on her surgery and recovery. When she ran out of pumpkin that I’d left, MsHope even called to inquire what kind we used and bought it for her! Excellent treatment and care!

Loved the service and all my questions were met with a timely courteous response (I asked a lot of questions). Overall was very happy and will be returning.

I used to do exactly what the vet recommended, I have learned to speak up for my pet’s health concerns. I don’t want to be in a passive positions again but in a proactive with a voice to be part of keeping my pet healthy. I don’t believe in over vaccination and I only wish there’s titer treatment available, but I understand that’s not a standard of care as of yet in the vet clinic. I’m a medical professional myself and I would encourage the same with my patient. I left previous vet clinic b/c it is in my opinion money driven vet clinic. I need not to mention the name. I feel comfortable with Dr. Hartline and felt that he did well for my pet. He also listen and answer my questions well.
