This was my pet’s first vet visit and I could not have been more pleased! The staff was so friendly and professional. I called several times before my visit with concerns and each time the receptionist was very patient and addressed my concerns. The pricing was fair and everything was clearly explained. Thank you so much. This is my pet’s forever vet!

I am usually happy with the baths that Max receives. But this one time I do not feel that he was bathed. I understand my dog is large and doesn’t mind his manners at times. I asked for all the fuzziness to be removed. But that didn’t happen either. I brushed him when I got home and I personally do not believe he was even brushed due to the fact I got four full brushes FULL of fur. He wasn’t even damp like normal. So I won’t be using the bath services again.

it is excusable because of COVID-19 and the measures that the facility have put in plaace but the communication between the front office fand the grooming dept left me waiting for someone to come out for 30 minutes before i called in again to ask if they had forgotten about me.

With everyone closed due to the virus I appreciate y’all agreeing to shave my dog and he looks great and really love he didn’t get any razor burns. I’ll definitely use y’all again..

The facility has an air of business, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. But when I take my dog to the vet I want to feel like her medical team cares as much as I do.
