I called on Monday the week of the appointment to request Bella s hydroxyzine be refilled and again as asked when I checked in. I did not receive it on check out and asked about it and the Customer service rep didn t act liked she wanted to get it so I just told her to forget it and I would get it at another time. I also received the wrong heartworm preventative at first. The young lady checking me out acted l like it was my fault I was getting the wrong thing. They should have checked Bella s chart she has been on Revolution for years. I m sorry I am having to write a negative comment but I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. This has never happened to me before.

Dr glen was only in room for a few minutes then left. then I had to keep relaying back and forth with the tech instead of him just talking to me. I get there are emergencies but when my dog possibly has a tumor or cancer that s important to me too.

There were several customers who were not wearing masks in a very crowded area around the counter. In a global pandemic I feel that the your clinic should enforce the mask requirement for everyone s safety - including the safety of your staff, as well as other customers.

Great and they gave me a very good discount as well- very good and they care about the animals - incredible vet techs also and assistants - and my dog now has awesome breath :)

This was the most pleasant vet visit I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind to our pup and very understanding about her abuse and bite history. When her heartworm test came back negative, the tech in the room celebrated with us! I honestly can’t wait to bring our other pets here!
