We have used Companion for our pets since 1994, and have always had excellent experiences. The doctors and staff are super, and we recommend them to everyone!

I just can’t say enough of how wonderful companion animal has been with me and my dogs ! Dr. Glen has put two of my dogs down with amazing bedside manner for that ! Dr. Kate has helped my sweet last dog, Max who has severe anxiety and severe allergies! But also a huge shout out to Christy who clips the nails she is amazing and just so good at her job and gets down right next to them and is just so good with pet owners and of course the pets ??thank you for all you have done for me and my four legged family ??Pat

Just wished the office waiting area was a little bigger with a more quiet area for cats. Everyone is great!

Please improve communication between doctor and customer concerning medical examination and/or any concerns about pets. This lack of communication can result in major health concerns for pets because the problem will only get worse and more expensive, almost $1000 for me!!!

I don’t think I was told the severity of her condition. Had I been told to take her to the emergency vet right then I definitely would have done that. She died in my arms about 5 hrs later. I was told if she continued to throw up take her the next day.

All the staff and the 2 Dr s I ve seen have been great! They all seem to really care for and love the babies.

The office, staff and doctor are all A+. The office is always efficient, even when multiple animals are being seen, and there is never a rushed feeling when my pet is being examined.

The receptionist at the front was not very inviting. With being a NEW client when booking I was instructed to bring in the new client form to receive the additional 5.00 off. With being a new client I was also told that I would receive the 25.00 off. When paying at the front desk the receptionist was very rude when I mentioned it and asked if I had it printed out. I told her that I was just instructed to bring one piece of paper in and that I would automatically get the 25.00 off for being NEW. She went back and forth with me and then stated she needed to see it somewhere. So I pulled up the site showing her where it says 25.00 off. Everyone is clearly not on the same page. I should not have been told one thing and then show up and it’s something else. If my puppy didn’t need the shots right away I probably would have walked out. First impressions are everything.This interaction did not set a good first impression. Also, my ID was an out of state ID, I walked to my car to grab a stool sample and when coming back in, I overheard her discussing with another receptionist that the scan wasn’t working on my ID and that this was her 3rd time … as if it were fake. After a few times it finally worked. With others sitting in the lobby this was a little embarrassing. Everyone else besides the receptionist was pleasant to work with.
