A pleasant experience to visit

Everyone is always really nice. Even one of the employees that wasn t working w/ us that day took time to come in and give my fur baby some love. That meant a lot. Everyone is always kind to us.

My 2 pets and I were very happy with the entire visit and recommended treatment. We will be back!

I’m so proud of this practice/clinic and proud to call you guys mine!! I’ve been a client for 20 plus years! (Actually longer than that!! ). Everyone is super nice, warm, welcoming! Dr Kate and Dr Glen are awesome and I 100% trust them!! The vet techs are super cool, super sweet and compassionate, always happy to see my babies and smiling!!! I trust you guys so very much with my babies and have no worries when they are in your care and I can’t be there! There is a reason I don’t go somewhere closer to my home! You guys are top notch!!!!

It’sa long drive to the clinic but it’s worth the great care.

I brought my cat in for peeing blood. She usually sees Dr. Kate, but I guess she wasn t there. The doctor told me that her bladder walls seemed thickened. He said 9 out of 10 it s infection, but he wanted to do re-check in 10 days in the case that it may be a tumor! I really he went without telling me that. Now i have to wait a whole 11 days wondering, worrying, crying. He could ve just said he wanted to re-check in 10 days then let me know any bad news then, if any.

The entire experience was excellent

It would be very helpful to have Saturday pick up hours for boarded pets. It’s an additional expense to have to board Saturday and Sunday when needing a Friday night board - especially for multiple pets. A Saturday morning or afternoon - 2 hour window for pickup would be very helpful.

I can t think of anything that I could add at this time but I want to thank you and the staff for sending the card in regards to Sassy crossing the Rainbow Bridge on July 12th of this year. It helped me emotionally with my grieve. Thank you again.
