I cannot think the staff enough for squeezing in my puppy for an appointment and going the extra mile for her. Shawn was willing to go above and beyond to help my dog and accommodate me since I live so far away from the office. Dr. Woodruff continues to be amazing with both of my dogs. Such a genuine staff.

The tech wasn’t very friendly. There was a child behind the receptionist desk. If there was a childcare issue she should have been in a different room . The lady behind the counter was very nice .

I have to admit that I felt very taken advantage of for having a 16 year dying cat. The visit cost over $500 to be told that she had diabetes and kidney disease. She never ate her prescribed special food and died within a week. I don t often complain but this situation seemed like money grab. Your clients should be informed of the cost prior to the tests being given. It was well over the amount I thought it would be. I don t deny that Vets are worth what they charge but i do think the client should ALWAYS be informed of the expense of each test. Thank you for listening.

Needed in for an urgent visit, but you all were booked out several days. I so appreciate being called when there was a cancellation. It saved us hours of sitting at Noah’s and an awful lot of money for their services. I also love how everyone shows so much concern for us and our pet. You all are great! Thanks!!

Doctor Woodruff is an amazing veterinarian. We ve been taking our fur babies to him for years. The staff is also outstanding. They love their furry patients. They are always so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the pet clinic of brownsburg.
