Thank you so much for working to get my precious Preacher in when we could not find anyone available. For years you have taken care of my fur babies and when I needed you the most you were there.

My dog is a 2yr old German shepherd. She s tough to work with. All the staff was unbelievably helpful and professional and did all things possible to make the annual health visit a good experience. Highly recommended.

Was very glad they called and moved our appointment up. They really took time and cared about Olive.

Dr Woodruff is awesome. He takes into consideration that our cane corso needs treated quickly. He’s so very kind and loving to the furbabies. The only wish would be that there be a lot bigger room for the big, protection dogs so they don’t go on alert in such a small room. The Dr has offered to even meet outside to give the rabies shot so that is amazing!

Both times we ve been there, there has been fur on the floor and bench in the exam rooms from other animals. Suggest sweeping more especially in corners between patients.

I was sold cough pills and I don’t think I should have purchased them. After the shock that my dog had an enlarged heart, I realized that was causing her cough. I don’t think cough pills help with this.

I waited a significant amount of time after I saw the doctor before I was able to leave. I believe that the staff were very busy helping other clients, which is understandable, but waiting longer than 15 minutes after an appointment to be allowed to leave is too much.

Absolutely love the staff! I wish I wasn t there as much as I am, but I have to take care of my kids. :)

I loved everything that they did to get my cat healthy. That same evening she was already feeling better.

I was surprised the doctor didn’t do a bit more comprehensive exam on my cat. He bent one of her ears back and briefly looked and then examined her teeth. Once he located a cavity we talked about that and nothing else was done. I thought he might examine her abdomen but maybe I was expecting too much?
