Parking wasn’t great, I had a really tough time finding a spot. I realized after I left, that the vet never listened to my dogs heart. Also I was never asked if my dog has ever had a reaction after a shot. The vet spent a few minutes with Charlie and then an assistant came in with a shot. After I left I remember 2 years ago he had a shot and had a horrible reaction and almost died. I just wished I’d had been asked about prior reactions and wish he would have listened to his heart. There was pet hair on all the seating which is pretty common but just adding it to my feedback.

Staff was amazing, I have a dog not everyone can handle. High energy was not an issue for these ladies! They also loved my little old guy. Amazing prices and even better service.

I have never seen the female vet. She did not say who she was. I would have liked to have known when she came in.

Overall I am very satisfied with the care Brin receives! I feel Allison, not sure I got the name right goes above and beyond to care for my dog. A big thank you for all you do!

I won’t take Karen to any other vet because I know the ladies here truly care about the health of my dog. Everyone is always super nice and makes sure all of my questions are answered. Karen loves going to the vet because she always gets treats and lots of love! So thank you for always taking such good care of my furbaby and for answering all of my questions :)

Tell the customer if things like an eye stain or checking eye pressures have an associated cost before just doing them and charging the owner.

I was very happy that I found this Clinic. They really seem to care what the best interest is for the pet.

It would of been nice to know how much blood work was going to cost before I decided to do it.

I have been using the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg for my pets for over 5 years. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and take great care of my fur-babies. I wouldn t want to take my little ones anywhere else.

The clinic has always been wonderful. Just wish that for an emergency, that the Office manager would trust people that are good, respectful clients like myself to pay on a payment plan. Some people, like myself, have very budgeted money, (I am om Social Security), and need to make payments because we are not made of money. Clients, like me, love our animals and want the best for them, but when you do not trust enough to help when we need a little help by making payments on our bill, then how can we take care of our fur babies? Most people are not made of money, and need to be able, by the office manager, to make payments on their bills. Why should the pet be put in jeopardy just because you do not trust anyone, not even a good client? Have a heart.

Everyone was amazing. I appreciated the honesty of Dr Stone and how she treated my cat, Minnie Grace, with love and tenderness.

The Dr and staff were so kind to get us in same day for pain in my cats mouth. We had been to a “low cost” clinic that morning and the $ amount for treatment was more than double what the Pet clinic quoted. Low cost and caring people! My pets are definitely going to be permanent patients there.

Both vet and vet tech very calm with two very scared cats especially since there were two very loud dogs in clinic.
