I felt it was necessary for my dog to see a vet immediately. I called three other vets in the area including our regular vet. No one volunteered to come in early or stay late to see her. The Pet Clinic doctor was the only one that volunteered to do this. To me this shows a dedication to the pets and their owners. I for one appreciate this very much.

This office is efficient from the receptionist to the Veterinary! Al of you are kind and caring! Your care includes physical and emotional healing! You are awesome!

I wasn t able to take Recee to her appt, but my daughter did. I explained over the phone what I thought was wrong and they did things according to my daughter. She could not tell me what things exactly so I am very glad they sent a detailed receipt/summary of the appt with explanations, results and quotes which was REALLY nice to see and to have for the future so I don t forget anything.

Everyone on staff that I interacted with were very friendly. Medication after their procedure was explained well. I worried myself sick for months about possible outcomes of a declaw to my sweet babies, and they re still loving, cuddly etc. Thanks Pet Clinic of Brownsburg!

They were so good at getting Achilles in so quickly. Thank you so much for working with my schedule...and letting me get in earlier so you could do a surgery. We all work together. Only suggestion, update Achilles file. ACHILLES (not Achillies) and he s not a short haired cat...my house knows differently. LOL
