All clinic employees were concerned about my Pet.

I wish my cats nails were cut a little shorter. I prefer here because your my vet, but the same day I get home she’s running and I can hear her nails in the carpet. The place I went before, that didn’t happen.

The staff has always been thorough with explanations and professional and caring when dealing with me and my dog.

Everyone were wonderful to me and Cooper.

The room needed to be swept after each patient. The table still had hair from the pet before and the bench had a lot of hair on it. I understand it is a animal clinic. I have never seen it. Look unkept as I did that visit.

The technician was especially helpful and nice. She helped me clean up my carrier as my cat had had an accident on the way there.

I really appreciate the follow up call from Heather. She was so kind to see how our dog was doing and answered all questions or directed them to the doctor. Thank you

Dr Woodruff is always very considerate of our cane corso.

Great experience. Very little wait. Personalized attention. Felt like they really cared and didn t try to upsell me. I said I was willing to pay for a blood test.

Could not ask for a better clinic for our fur children. Top notch form the time you enter to meeting the vet.

Everyone is very good there. They take good care of your pets and do everything they can do.

Unfortunately, the staff was too rude to consider returning. The front desk workers were whispering and rolling their eyes behind the desk, they spoke to all patients, not just me, as if we were incompetent. They misspelled my name, my pet’s name, arbitrarily chose a random breed to list as my dogs breed, seemed to not be able to get on the same page with work flow. Also, an additional unauthorized lab was drawn and of course billed. We will not be establishing care with this clinic.

Great caring office… would highly recommend.

I called ahead for a price estimate, but was charged much more. I was not told about the charges up front for additional testing and other services that were provided. We likely would have chosen the same services, but being told the price item by item before the services were rendered would have been nice. We will be back and I know to ask more questions next time.

Everything was fine. Staff was nice, helpful, etc. I wish the costs of services were less expensive. I m on a fixed income now...and my dogs need $2200.00 in surgeries. I hate that I can t afford to get them done now to help my dogs.

Everything was great. They explained everything and answered all the questions we had even if the questions sounded kinda dumb. Staff was very nice and inviting. Favorite vet by far
