Everyone was so kind and understanding. They were able to get my little dog Lady in on the day that I called, on a Saturday and holiday weekend! They’re diagnosis was right on and she was feeling better by the time that we got home. I’m so thankful that they were able to help her get better.

From my initial call to make an appointment to the afternoon I picked up my pet I was amazed with the service. I was taken aback by the cost of my pet s procedure, the friendliness of all the staff was refreshing and the email updates of my pet s progress were thoughtful. Most of all there was NO judgement from anyone I encountered. I am beyond grateful.

We love the friendly professional staff. The offices are always clean. The veterinarians are knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience in a very stressful time in our life. We were worried about our little guy and each person took their time and helped explain things, gave us comfort, and let us make informed decisions.

The staff there is always fantastic. They treat me like a friend more than a client. I was having difficulty getting my 2 little guys out of my car for their appointments and a staff member came out to help me. This type of experience is the rule and not the exception. Great place to go with great people.

Az Animal is the best!! Facility was clean, staff & Dr. Pacquin were so helpful & conscious of what Roxy & I were going thru. Explained everything to me about the surgery, showed trays, all test that were done in full detail. I think they should be named Animal Clinic of the year by surprise

Excellent clean facilities staff was terrific as was the assistant and Dr. Paquin who explained each question we had and called himself to give us the test results the very next day on a Sunday!! When we called they told us to come as soon as we could. Also helped us get Rocko out of the car. Thank you all we are so grateful ??

I was very pleased with the visit. I felt my dog was in great hands. Very friendly staff. I liked the follow up call to me asking about Marlow. When I called back to speak to the Doctor I didn t have to wait long for him to come to the phone and he covered everything with me. It s a great place to bring your pets

I would rate all as excellent. The system is not allowing me to click on the star. I truly appreciate that they got my cat in quickly even though we had not been there before, the care, options for testing and diagnosis that they have provided. I also appreciate that they have been so helpful in allowing me to make appointments to bring her in for fluids.

We were altogether pleased and completely satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Sweeney answered all of our questions patiently and fully. It is obvious that all of your staff members love animals. We are also grateful and pleased that you are open weekends.
