Emma was and is OUTSTANDING!!!! She was with us from helping me take the girls out of the car to putting them back in the car. She is not only kind but patient. I really love the care and kindness shown by everyone in your practice. I know that my girls are in great hands. Thank you.

The check in woman was very friendly and proficient as well as dr.Sweeney and his assistant technician. The waiting room was very clean and hospitable.

We chose this vet because of the friendly desk staff when I walked in one day to inquire about their services. The appointment did not disappoint! Everyone was great, and we ll be back for sure! We left our previous vet (after only going once) because of their lack of customer service. They could learn a thing or two from you! Thanks for all you did for us and Vinny (our golden retriever).

I have somewhat recently transferred the care of my pets to your facility after moving to Surprise 2 years ago. The service AMC process is great, everyone is always very pleasant and so far, I have had little to no wait. My only concern is the cost of services is pretty high. I currently am between jobs because I had to resign to take care of my mom who recently passed and have not yet regained employment. That could be why I’m feeling the pinch so much but if I am going to be honest I’m my survey, I just say this. One of my cat needs his teeth cleaned which I have scheduled in a couple of weeks. $455 is the quote I received and that is if no teeth need to be pulled. Ouch!

I would recommend this veterinarian place to every one ,was great the place was clean, the dr explained everything in detail , they worked with me to find a perfect solution for my pet and to fit my financial needs , te very thing was perfect with the visit , I will definitely go back for future spots and recommend to all pet owners I know.

During a stressful situation when my little boy was in obvious distress, the entire staff was wonderful. Welcoming to me, gentle and kind to little Bailey and quick to care for him. A few hours later, he was on the mend. My family is very grateful to Dr.Sweeney and the staff for taking such good care of our furbaby. Also, we appreciate the follow up phone calls to check on him. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. One thing I would recommend is to slow your speech down because a number of your clients are hard of hearing and it makes it difficult to understand everything your saying. We could miss something very important to the health of our fur babies. Thanks

I have been in search of a veterinarian that would take care of my babies with compassion and Dr. Paquin was just what I was looking for. The facility was extremely clean, no wait time and Dr. Paquin answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with everything at this facility. Since I have been dealing with my dogs vet for 10 years I am reluctant to change but I really liked this place.

The staff and vet (Dr. Paquin) were so friendly and professional. There was a warmth about the office, and even our cat Ty was comfortable ?? We were brought in immediately even though it was the end of day on Saturday. We cannot thank you enough!
