For a sudden emergency, this facility was amazing at accommodating to our pup s needs! Thank you for taking such great care of him and allowing us to be seen in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend this clinic, the staff and Dr. s are friendly, they take time to explain all your options and provide excellent care for your fur babies!

When we moved from Texas 3 years ago we were hoping that our dogs would receive the same top-drawer care. They have and then some. We couldn t be any happier with the service that they, and we their human parents, consistently find at AMC.

Once again, I was very happy with the doctor and staff. I was anxious about my dog having to go under anesthesia but they put me at ease and my dog is doing great. Thank you!

My only complaint would be how the cost. I love my pets but people have to come first. I do believe doctor and staff are competent and conscientious and very considerate. Thank you all very much for the care of Pumpkin. He is being a good patient and I hope he can be with me at least a few more months, if not longer.

Found out mocha needs to be licensed when she gets her rabies vaccine soon. Also found reason for blood on chew toys(tennis ball). She has chipped tooth! Good job finding it by staff! Got her blood work checked same day. Results good so she is scheduled for procedure to fix problem!???? Got day set ASAP, worked around my new job work schedule very well. I just moved from Columbia City Indiana so am very glad to be fortunate to find such a good facility! Keep up good work&Thank all staff and doctors for your professional work!????

It was very pleasant starting with the phone call. The call was very easy going and assuring... That put me at ease knowing that my 10 month old puppy was going to be in good hands.... The Dr. & his assistant was awesome as well.... 10+ to all of the staff that Compass & I came in contact with on Saturday morning 01/11/2020...He has recovered nicely and I took him back to boarding play camp today 01/14/2020...????

We were not expecting to bring our new puppy in on the day we brought him home. It became quickly apparent he needed to be seen. When we called and explained the situation an appointment was made right away. When we arrived we were immediately taken to an exam room. The technician and Vet were wonderful in their perspective roles. Each time the Vet walked out we thought of more questions. He took time to explain the purpose for each test that needed to be as well as the diagnosis once the issue was found. He let us know the treatment plan, medications required, possible side affects, and future treatment plan to include a blood test one week after the 30 med was completed and why it is necessary to delay shots. We were EXTREMELY grateful for the patience the staff extended when we were trying to finalize how we were going to pay for everything. We did not expect to Adopt a sick dog so the added expense took us by surprise. It was disconcerting to learn we can’t purchase insurance and or the healthy puppy plan until the dog is healthy. Hopefully by then we will not be in this situation again. The woman we purchased Milo from did know he was sick but she did not treat him or relay the information. She said the dog was her 7th grade daughters responsibility and she didn’t want it anymore. Thank you for the professionalism of all your staff. We are looking forward to having Milo continue his care with you.

My experince with this clinic was very good! They were able to see my dog the same day, which I was grateful for. Everyone there was wonderful - they were very caring and compassionate, everyone had very good communication skills - listened to my concerns and explained things thoroughly, and they followed up with me to make sure my dog was doing well. I definately would recommend this provider to anyone needing a vet in this area!

We are not regular patients as we were visiting from out of town, but staff got us in right away and were very friendly and helpful. We were given a range of treatment options and they were explained well. The clinic was very nice and clean. If I lived in Surprise I would definitely use them as the primary veterinarian services for my animals.

After a few bad visits at another clinic I was worried but optimistic to meet Dr P and the staff after the reviews I had read. Worries were put to rest. The staff were amazing with my boy and took excellent care of us; Even called to check on him the following day. I’ll definitely be switching permanently and recommending the clinic to everyone I know!
