5 stars all around. This was the best experience ever. We were so amazed at the ease of getting the emergency appointment, being seen immediately, being treated like a valued customer, the kindness and care they took with our beloved fur baby and how clean and professional everyone was. We will never go anywhere else and will recommend this place to everyone we know.

They were SO fantastic! Got me in same day. I came a bit early, they got me right into a room. The assistant & Dr were in immediately. They took my cat to fix her up while I paid, then we were out. There was virtually no waiting. I would refer anyone to them

I couldn’t get my pet in anywhere else... without a 3 week wait. My new puppy needed to get started on her shots and this office got me in the same day I called. I appreciated that tremendously!!! This is definitely where I will continue to take my pets

I have mobility issues and can t walk. The staff were so helpful in coming out to get my dog instead of me having to try to walk her in. I appreciate that level of customer service so much! May dog entered scared and came out happy which means she had a good experience during this last visit. That is reassuring to me.

This was our first visit Animal Medical Clinic of Surprise with our cat Casey. It was easy to get an appointment on the same day and we were warmly greeted by Katiella who was our Nurse. We never felt rushed with Dr. Sweeney and he gave us valuable information and answered our many questions about Casey s diabetes and the reason for our visit. The treatment plan and the cost was explained to us very clearly and we felt very comfortable and confident about the care Casey was getting. We especially appreciated the call the next morning to check on Casey. We will definitely return to AMCS with Casey to continue to monitor his diabetes. All in all an excellent experience for us and Casey. Thank you!

Appreciated the last minute appointment. Dr. Sweeny is nice and is doing a good job at helping my cat, Morris, in a tough spot right now. Nice ladies at front desk and kind medical assistant!

It was a very easy, smooth process from the beginning I walked in the vet to the moment I left. The doctors made me feel super comfortable with the procedure and made me feel like my pup was 100% safe.

On a late Saturday afternoon, we were told to come right in.....Very quick and efficient.......appreciated the caring and concern for our dog.

We brought in our new puppy. We were so happy to find this vet. we received a good amount of time with the vet who explained everything to our satisfaction. Tech was extremely helpful. Love the billing plan. Our pup will be with this vet for life
