I had 2 dogs sick - one very sick from a recent adoption from the humane society - I called on Sunday and after filling out the online form - I was called and given an appointment that afternoon with Dr. Michaelis. He and the entire clinic had amazing reviews and they all lived up to it. I can’t thank you enough for getting us in that day and for the Dr’s help. I will continue to keep my dogs in your care - you are very much appreciated. THANK YOU!

My 15 year old dog suddenly required 18 teeth extracted . I was happy with the care until the following day when I spoke to Abby, told her my dog had a seizure during the evening but seemed ok when she came out of it. I said maybe this normal due to her age and the length of time she was under anesthesia. He reply was no and she would have one of the doctors call me when available. Five days later still waiting for a call. I feel too busy to call after paying for the procedure. Very disappointed

My only complaint is twice I ve had to wait 20 plus mins for my dogs to be brought out when I arrived. They were a spay and neuter.
