The care was excellent in all areas. Dr. And staff were very professional and explained to me how my dog’s issues could be best managed.

From the time I made the appointment, to getting there 15 mins early and being taken to a room right away, everyone was great! I believe the vet tech that came in was Emma, and Marley never was nervous or upset-she was caring and very friendly! Dr. Michaelis also was wonderful with Marley, and took the time to be thorough-you can tell when someone is rushing to be done, and he did not. He made me feel like she was the most important patient of the day! I really appreciate all of you, thank you!

Was seen on Sunday. Called back Tuesday they were supposed to send a prescription electronically to the Walgreens by me. It never happened. Have to call back Wed to get the prescription.

Everyone was wonderful. Radar is feeling much better and isn t fussing with her honor. Thanks again

I found this place when my old man passed away at home, we brought him in to be cremated. That one appointment, even though it was heartbreaking, made me want to stick with this place. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, concerned with my pets health, making sure the pet and pet parent is okay and comfortable. I’ve found my pets vets! I love this place!

Quick Profesional service

Everything was great except for the wait time, we had to wait in the car with our large dog for 50 minutes (it was 100 degrees and we were being seen because our dog had diarrhea). This wasn’t the providers fault, and they were very apologetic, but in the orchestrating of appointment slots there is likely some room for improvement.

I would like to spend a little more time with the vet. Spent adequate time with the tech but actual vet tine is so rushed. Also once the vet leaves the room they are not coming back so have to get all questions and concerns in while they are in the room

I love your office and all of your staff. Me and my babies are treated like we are the most important beings in the world.
