It was a great visit, very friendly and clean.

Your team has been amazing to my pet...and your business operations are such that wait times are not long (in comparison to other vets). You got my pet in quickly (she had a serious illness) and made space for her to be seen daily. You are expensive, but the level of care is so good, I didn t balk at the cost. Thank you for making my pet a priority at a time when I thought I was going to have to let her go. She is almost back to herself.

A very clean and professional establishment. The doctor took plenty of time with me and my kittie. The doctor (not an assistant or clerk) phoned me the next day to see how the kittie was doing. I am handicapped and after checking out the assistant carried the kittie and her carrier out to my car. I would use this clinic again and recommend it to others.

Very thorough and caring

After calling 7 clinics the prior evening including emergency clinics and being told we couldn’t be seen, made one phone call at 7:00 am Saturday and we’re seen at 9:00. Will be moving care for all my pets to this clinic. Wonderful experience.

Nellie was limping not using her hind leg. I call a couple of local vets that we has seen in the past and the soonest we could get an appointment was over a week. When I call AMC of Surprise, we were scheduled an appointment right away. Dr. Paquin and vet tech Kelly were the best! They took their time with us and our poodle Nellie and she has an extensive medical history. We felt like we were long time clients not just first timers. Through the years, Nellie has had many health issues and we have seen many vets. Our experience at AMC of Surprise is one of the best for sure. We strongly recommend Dr. Paquin and AMC.

My pet was seen the very next morning, unlike all the other vet offices were booked out for days, which is the sign of the times, everyone is understaffed. I am grateful my pet was seen so quickly, she had pancreatitis and was very sick. They did all the test on-site and had immediate results while there for the visit. A few days later my pup is feeling much better. Thanks for the great care. We will definitely be back!
