I am so appreciative of all the office staff. We had an emergency with our pet and our normal vet was not open on Sunday. This office was so kind and got us in that day. They were very informative and compassionate. Thank you for all your help and advise.

Animal Medical Center of Surprise is the best. Dr. Pacquin and all the staff from the front office to the back are very nice you can tell that all that works there really love all animals. I have been taking Maya there for a long time she has never been cared for like here. The place is very clean no smells they are always cleaning. The staff always greets you with a smile and they cover all bases on your pet. I highly recommend them and they are open 7 days a week 7am to 7pm. I give them a 5 star rating on all areas. Thank you Dr. Pacquin and Karen and all the staff for taking good care of Maya.

Very nice, spacious & clean reception and rooms. We were seen immediately upon arrival. Everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable.

Good customer service and took very good care of my fur buddy. He had recently been neutered by another facility and got infected. Doctor and nurse took care of infection and made him comfortable. Im not a real fan of ER for pets but this place may have changed my way of thinking… I would use this place again if needed hopefully this help someone else make a decision on pet care….
