I am very happy with the service provided and getting an appointment immediately. There was a problem with my Care Card and Monica was very helpful, professional and courteous. Lacey jumped right in and I can tell you that Lacey also was professional and courteous and went above and beyond to help straighten it out. What a gem she is and is truly an asset to your facility.

Everyone at the office was very kind and professional. They took very good care of our cat Oso.

Our appointment for Milo was unexpected. He developed an ear infection that came on without warning. When we called initially there were no available appointments. Milo was miserable so I called back a couple hours later to see if there was anything we could do to alleviate his discomfort until he could be seen. Since we carry the in house pet insurance they were able to see him sooner. Milo’s ear needed drops and they gave him a steroid shot. Since he was there his nails were clipped. It took a couple days before we noticed an improvement in Milo. Had he needed to wait to be seen I can’t imagine him getting worse. We are extremely grateful for the fact Milo was seen sooner. Unfortunately our dog is not a fan of going to the Vet because he was extremely sick when we rescued him. It took several visits for him to get to a healthy place. Everyone, from the office staff to the medical team, recognizes how stressed he gets. They are patient and kind which makes it so much easier on us. We would recommend Animal Medical Center of Surprise for all pets. Although the clinic is very busy we have been appreciative of the individualized care Milo receives. It makes his stress easier to handle.

When my dachshund fell and was injured, AMC of Surprise was the only vet that could see him on a Saturday in a reasonable amount of time. That included our regular veterinarian. The staff was friendly and the veterinarian professional and caring. Can’t say enough good things about AMC.

The staff and Dr are the best! My choice for quality vet care.

Dr. Sweeney is awesome, caring, and very good with our dog, Puckles. The staff is very kind and have very big hearts towards animals and their owners. I am very happy with the staff and our doctor. They are just as caring as our Doctor we left in Illinois. They are awesome!!!!!

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The techs do a good job getting pets calmed down and ready for the Vet. Dr. Sweeney is always thorough and takes time to address all concerns and answer all questions.

The front office staff and vets were very respectful and helpful when we desperately were trying to get our husky seen, but everywhere we looked was at full capacity. Everything here was kept nice and clean as well, even when our dog had an accident on the floor. Our husky was not in critical condition, but in obvious pain and they took the time to see her to make sure that she was okay. We are grateful for a kind and compassionate veterinary hospital.

I love this Facility

My husband and I are having our records transferred to Animal Hospital of Surprise. The care for Minnie was excellent and the staff could not be more pleasant and caring. Minnie is happy to be a patient,

We are new to the area. Mercedes needed attention. We were very happy with the care that she got. We will be using this clinic whenever Sadie needs attention. Dr. Paquin and the staff were awesome.
