My first time at this hospital as I am new to the area. The hospital was immaculate, no wait time and the staff is unbelievably kind and caring. I have a senior cat with kidney disease and she received excellent care.

Excellent care and follow up telephone conversation about my senior cat, Nora. Will be back with my other cat who needs help.

We could not have been more please with our experience. Everyone was professional, friendly and caring. In these times when it is so hard to get in to see a veterinarian, I was so happy to be able to get in the same day with our cat. The facility is fabulous! The Dr. was thorough and not rushed when going over lab results. We have decided that we will make AMC of Surprise will be our Veterinarian for our other 2 pets as well. I was so happy with my experience I am switching to Animal Medical Center. It is closer to my home and much easier to be seen when I need an appt. Although I love my other vet, the facility is farther away and it is just about impossible to get an appt. without having to leave my pet all day, which is traumatic for her. All the personnel here are caring, friendly, and very thorough.

I was so happy to be able to get in with my cat, Casey, as quickly as I did. The lobby was very clean, the staff was very helpful and the results were quickly forthcoming. Dr. Shirmer was very helpful in explaining Casey s problems to me. She was also very kind to take the time to call my husband so she could explain everything to him as well.Thanks! 5 STARS in all categories! Dr Schirmer is fabulous! Our MadiB had a rapid growing mass and she was seen next day and operated on the day following initial appointment. It was an urgent matter and y’all treated it as such. Thank you so much!

Cannot thank you enough for seeing our 2 babies. We called last minute after the VetIQ vet called in sick at noon. We had a vacation scheduled and were boarding the pups. They had to have Bordatella vaccine that day. Very much appreciated!

I was so thankful my fur baby was seen right away as a same day appointment since he was painful. Since its so hard to get into so many clinics now same day I was very appreciative. The staff was very efficient and lovely!

We were on a road trip and drove through Phoenix to visit family. Our dog had an emergency and we couldn t continue on our trip without making sure he was ok. I knew otc calming treats wasn t enough since we had about 20 hours of driving left. Of the dozen or so vets I called, Animal center was tbe only one that worked with our schedule. Upon arrival, we were taken to a room right away where Dr. Allen showed up shortly after. He answered all our questions, and most importantly, prescribed the meds our dog needed to safely continue on our trip. He was thorough and even answered questions about other concerns even though he wasn t going to be our regular vet. We have now made it to our destination and Dozer made it safely! The rest of the staff were super friendly as well.

I am so appreciative of this office, this is the second time they have gotten my pet in to be seen for an issue that I did not have to wait to come in. My other vet told me my pet could be seen in two weeks. Thank you so much for making us a priority.
