Very nice services! I have zero complaints and no suggestions. We have always been treated very well by everyone there. I get really upset when my dog Ralph is sick and what’s nice is, everyone there still treats me respectfully, they fully understand how much our pets are loved and that they are a huge part of our lives. The employees are wonderful people with big hearts. Thank you all

Thank you so much for getting our Pup in for an appt. Whenever I call her vet, they always say “We are booked for at least 3-6 weeks!” Even when I call their multiple locations, none are able to get her in soon. I appreciate all your help and will be switching to your team to help care for our Pups.

Dr. Schirmer saw us in Dr. Paquin s absence and she wasv very kind and she clearly addressed the few concerns that we had about our cats.

Our experience was awesome and very happy that we were able to see Dr. Paquin and his assistant. I know we made the right choice for our new puppies care!

We are new to SCW and wanted to establish a Vet contact for our 3 pets. We were amazed at the quick response for an appointment, the friendly welcome and the professional attitude of all who examined our dog. We left the facility saying that we feel comfortable having Animal Medical Center of Surprise care for our beloved pets.

First time visiting. Great service. Professional staff. And thank you for providing a military discount. This will help us greatly. We are impressed enough to add our other dog to this clinic.

Great staff...very caring and helpful!

The staff was amazing! I called at the end of the day and they got me in the following morning. The process is easy and quick. The doctor and team took the time to explain everything throughout the day. I felt like they truly cared about my puppy and my concerns. I will be transferring his regular care to this office.
