GG was the best tech we have ever had at a vet office! She was extremely nice, personal, listened to all our questions and concerns, and was reassuring. She made a stressful and upsetting surgery for our dog a much better experience. The whole office was kind and welcoming and the drs were also great!

Our tech (I believe her name was Sam) went above and beyond. Very informative, answered all our questions, and even called multiple times to check on Sophie. I live in Avondale, but will definitely make the drive to Surprise so you can be our family vet office. Much appreciation to your wonderful staff. Sam is wonderful, give her a fat raise!!

The staff here have been absolutely amazing to Bailey Rae who has severe anxiety as she came from an abused home. I have always felt confident in the Vets and the girls are so patient with Bailey that she ends up being comfortable at your facility which is hard for her. Thank you for everything you go.

Awesome people and very professional and thorough,I had taken my dog to a different vet and I was very displeased my dog had a tumor and after 2 visits and hundreds of dollars they never figured he had a tumor. I would highly recommend this Animal Medical Center of Surprise. I live in Phoenix but it s worth the drive,they have an awesome staff and are very informative. Thankyou to the staff they were awesome and very nice and mostly very caring. Thankyou to all the staff they are all the best.

Wonderful operation, well staffed, with competent and friendly help always available. Dr Perez was very informative pre op, and very complete in her post op information. The staff helped me put my puppy in my car, and it was greatly appreciated.

Outstanding experience. I was facing an emergency and was not a regular client. I got right in. When I walked into the lobby, somebody was waiting me to take me to a room. The vet tech was attentive and asked good questions. There was almost no waiting as the vet came in and examined my dog. I was getting ready to travel -- had to for my job or I would have been fired -- and was beginning to panic trying to decide between my dog s life and my job. The vet reassured me that my dog was getting better and helped me understand that I didn t need to panic. I have tried four vets and have not been happy with any. This experience was perfect and I am very grateful for everyone. You are now my AZ vet (I go back and forth to VA) - I have finally found a vet I trust. In addition, I told my parents and they are planning on moving from their vet - they were so impressed with the care and attentiveness. Thank you!

All good. I especially like having lots of rooms at your new location so the pets are not sitting in a waiting room full of sick animals. Your receptionist cleaned the floor after each pet came in. Nice!

The staff was amazing. I was very upset. My boy Oliver ate a rock and had to have emergency surgery. It was very expensive and I was worried. The staff helped to comfort me and assure me everything was going to be fine. Oliver is recovering and doing good. I m very grateful for the care and phone calls to check and see how Oliver is doing. Thank you!
