Every employee in the Animal Medical Center of Surprise is wonderful! Fron the vets, to the nurses the the gals in the front checking you in and out, it is such a great staff. I feel very lucky to have found such a great choice for my pets care.

We had to put down our 15 yr old Yorkie, Pee-Wee. So difficult, but your staff was compassionate and took care of us. They allowed us plenty of time to say goodbye. Thank you.

My experience has always been excellent.

While I am very pleased overall, I do wish the clinic gave a more holistic approach to the pet care. I realize my dog is very sick, but I think he was put on too many meds on day one. He doesn’t seem to be getting any better so I have decided as of today to quit giving him two of the medications. Some of the side effects were nausea and that could be why he’s not eating - he hasn’t had anything to eat since last Thursday! I don’t mind paying for my pets care, but it’s starting to feel like you’re pushing services/meds that aren’t needed - at least not on the first visit. Maybe start with only things that are needed at the time and if that isn’t enough add things later on.?

Pricing for urine test was pretty high at over $200. I understand everything is priced out of control right now but to pay over $400 between visit and test and that s with insurance is just crazy. I love the vet office and Dr though.

Yeti has had excellent care. Everyone is very thorough and polite. We have had a great experience and it’s nice that we could get a appointment right away to make sure our dog was taken care of.

We just moved to the area and they were able to take Kru in and give him the shots he needed the day we called. I appreciate the fact that they get low on his level considering he’s nervous around humans and just needs a little time to figure out who you are. They did awesome and they are definitely going to become my regular vet because of that reason alone- it truly shows they care about the animals. I love it

We appreciate that this office is open on weekends. This is extremely helpful when our dog as sick over the holiday and our vet is not open on weekends. I liked that the vet suggested starting the lowest cost of treatment and didn’t push extensive testing but did give me up front costs if the treatment doesn’t help. We will be transferring our pets to Animal Medical Center of Surprise.

I really appreciated the time that Dr. Cruz spent with me in the exam room. She gave me several suggestions for things that we can try for my pup s digestive problems and she gave me hope that we can finally figure out how to help him. It was a really great experience!
